It was a great day for an autocross and we had nice variety of Mustangs and other Fords on hand.
  A couple of shots of the pre-grid area shows the wide variety of cars in attendance.
1st generation Mustangs were well represented with this sweet '65 Shelby replica driven by Brian Patterson.
Brian and passenger strapping in for another run in the '65.
Although this Steeda didn't race, it had plenty of admiring onlookers.
    
  Jeff Lacina puts his SN-95 through its paces out on the track. He ended up with second fastest driver honors for the day.
  A trio of late models waiting to run.
Todd Zikas came from Nebraska to run the event and claimed the 3 quickest lap times of the day with this tricked out Cobra.
Tire pressures are always important.
      
  David Bowers and his wife, Kathy, battled back and forth all day in their '91 GT for "fastest in the family" honors. David finally squeaked by Kathy on his sixth run to earn 5th fastest driver of the day with Kathy ending up a mere .3 seconds behind in 6th place overall out of the 40 drivers participating.
Mandy Nelson and her sharp-looking '76 Mustang II tear up the track.
The plates on Howie Pelton's '99 Cobra say it all.
